In order to enhance the recruitment and retention of outstanding human resources and foster continuous performance improvement within the company and organization, we have implemented a performance-related pay system that offers differentiated pay based on individual abilities and performance levels.
In addition, we have abolished the automatic salary promotion system based on seniority and are establishing a merit-based salary system where individuals are rewarded according to their abilities and accomplishments.     
We are also introducing and operating a wage system that allows individuals to freely determine their salary system according to their preferences.    
In addition, by abolishing the performance-based pay system that pays differentially based on the company's business performance each year, and introducing a system that pays performance-based pay for each case, we aim to contribute to the creation of the company's performance by realizing individuals' creativity and desire to achieve.
